She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Kathryn is also a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).
Kathryn is deeply committed to developing her skills as a psychotherapist and remains consistently active in continuing education. Kathryn has also served as a crisis counsellor and student mentor, and she completed extensive agency work at the Family Counselling Centre Niagara, which exposed her to treating a wide variety of presenting challenges.
Kathryn’s passion is supporting individuals as they discover their own authenticity and invite healing into their lives. Together with her clients, she explores how thoughts and feelings connect to behaviors and choices. This process often includes facing hurt, disappointment, fear, and sadness in order to navigate a new, healthier way of living. While this therapeutic journey can be challenging, Kathryn believes it ultimately allows individuals to become more deeply connected with themselves, empowering them to make choices that truly align with who they are.
